					<description>The ONLY thing any of us have any control over is our reactions to life's ups and downs.  
We can't control the behavior of others, the weather, the stock market or our boss's mood.  We can control how we choose to react to these things.  My Dad has said of difficult co-workers "she doesn't get to make my day a bad day."  It's all about what you give power to.</description>
